Swift Luxury Travel Driver App Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of the Swift Luxury Travel Driver App.

Driver Responsibilities

Drivers agree to:

• Hold all required licences and insurance.
• Maintain vehicles in a safe and clean condition.
• Arrive punctually.
• Conduct themselves professionally.
• Wear appropriate business attire where required.
• Protect customer confidentiality.

App Usage

Drivers agree to:

• Keep login details secure.
• Use the app only for authorised bookings.
• Keep journey information confidential.
• Not share customer information.

GPS Tracking

The Driver App records location during active bookings to:

• Manage journeys
• Improve customer service
• Provide live tracking
• Improve driver safety

Customer Information

Customer information may only be used for completing assigned bookings.

It must never be copied, stored or shared outside Swift Luxury Travel.

Payments

Drivers must follow Swift Luxury Travel payment procedures.

Cash payments may only be accepted where authorised.

Suspension

Swift Luxury Travel reserves the right to suspend or terminate Driver App access for breaches of these Terms.

Liability

Drivers remain responsible for complying with all road traffic laws and licensing requirements.

Updates

These Terms may be updated from time to time.
