Swift Luxury Travel respects your right to control your personal information.
Customers using the Swift Luxury Travel Customer App and drivers using the Swift Luxury Travel Driver App may request deletion of their account at any time.
How to Request Deletion
You may request deletion by:
- Using the “Delete Account” option within the App (where available)
- Contacting Swift Luxury Travel through our website
- Contacting customer support
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Upon receiving a verified request:
- Your app account will be permanently deleted.
- Login access will be removed.
- Personal profile information will be deleted where legally permitted.
Information We May Retain
Certain information may be retained where required by law, including:
- Completed booking history
- Financial records
- Tax records
- Invoice records
- Fraud prevention records
- Insurance records
These records are retained only for the legally required period.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days.
Driver Accounts
Driver accounts may require additional verification before deletion due to insurance, licensing and contractual obligations.
